Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

A seeker, after the gift of mystical contemplation, visited a Master. The seeker, “Master, please tell me of your visions.” The Master replied, “I have had none.” Stunned, the seeker asked, “Master, tell me of your trances.” “I have had no trance,” replied the Master. “The seeker,” dumbfounded, inquired, “Master, tell me of the voices you hear.” The Master, again befuddling the seeker, spoke, “I have never heard even one voice, my child.” The seeker spoke, “And what of your raptures?” “I,” said the Master, “have not had a single moment of rapture?” The seeker, disappointed, said to the Master, "I came a long way thinking you had the gift of mystical contemplation, but I see that you are not what I was told.” “No,” replied the Master, “I must not be what you were told. And neither, sir, are you prepared to receive the gift of mystical contemplation.”
